Make a F218 copy box too while you at it. They are giving away the plans anyway.

I doubt you will find an off the shelf DIY plan to suit those drivers well. You are going to have to do some thinking unless you want to just guess and probably end up with performance that will be a crap shoot.

Design a box around the 15" to get near the SPL and LF extension that will suit you, these factors will influence what type of enclosure you go for. The simplest thing you could do would be to mount all of the drivers in one enclosure (sealed or vented), box off the midrange driver internally, then figure out the volume of the main enclosure in order to meet your original spec whilst compromising on size.

You're not going to get away without some thinking!

What he has described is exactly the EAW KF850 box. Even if he find some plans he will never be able to make the mid phase plug.
And for gods sake why would you want to make a 100kg top box?

4-5x a year, for the last 5x years, I've considered re-drawing this cab, for 15mm timber, and width  636mm. LOL

Redo that box with the hf in the 15 inch horn so it is not that big.

Just send an email to EAW, make sure you send it to Phil Myarse as he works in the woodshop.
I think it's phil.myarse@eaw.com

Think the best option for you is to buy a new commercial speaker and sell those drivers. Will save you a lot of time and hard work and trolling arround.
