I had a pair of memorex 505, anyone remember them?

The big Jamos with the metal grill were the ones I remember. 12 or 15" and a tweeter. I thought they were the dogs bollocz (at the time). If you had them in your bedroom with your 1200s and s Numark mixer then you were someone and you were probably serving it up.

That's what I had, I couldn't remember the name of them! They sounded better than my mates Peavey 12" + piezo cabs but the Peaveys would eat them for breakfast with regards to power handling.

I had a pair of D365s and a pair of Memorex floorstanders when I was a teen. The Jamos were ok, but the memorex, me they wiped the floor with them. I have a fond memory of them. 10" woofer, 4" mid and a lensed HF. I remember them being really loud, really bassy and great sounding.

All run off my Thames console and Hitachi HA50 amps.

I remember my friends dad having some cervin vega 15" hifi speakers. man they were nice - with the red detail around the speakers. I would have a pair now if I came across any!

My dad still has his mach 2's somewhere, the 15" needs replacing though. any thoughts on what can replace them?

I had a pair of the D365's, great speakers really for a big bedroom sound.

The Jamo Dynamic D5e, now they were a nice set of speakers
