it's not correct, V-Amp is OEM modified version on SAE Q13, nothing to do with Audiocenter

had the impression you were quite close to Vaudio/Valaudio etc.? Do you have something in the pipeline together with your new dsp?

Yes I was behind Verity Audio (as designer and factory manufacturer). It was an OEM customer. I say was, because I don't have anything to do anymore with V-Audio. It's a long and complicated story, but the short version is that my own company, CELTO Acoustique, bought Verity Europe. Then SAE, the Chinese distributor of Verity, has decided to continue to sell the brand, but I don't design/make anymore the products for them. So now, you have CELTO, which is engineered, produced, marketed and sold by western people (same as old Verity Europe). And new Verity, pure Chinese stuff promoted by SAE.
Regarding VAL Audio, it was another OEM customer of mine in India. We merged our operations in India and VAL Audio is now CELTO. The transition is on the way. The goal is to make CELTO a global brand with distribution all over the world.

yes this model (will finally be under CELTO brand): http://forum.speakerplans.com/new-4x-2500-watt-amp_topic89224_page1.html" rel="nofollow - http://forum.speakerplans.com/new-4x-2500-watt-amp_topic89224_page1.html
after many issues with production (too long to explain, but basically its f*cking hard to make a high-end amp in china where fake parts are all over the place and where QC is only a word. At the end, to make it happen, we had no choice but to buy our self all components from official western distributors, send them to China and monitor 24h the manufacturing/QC process). First production batch is coming in 3 weeks.
