Hello people. I live in New York State and i listen to mostly reggae music. I would like some insight on which subwoofer to build. I plan to either build 2 15" scoops or 2 10" loaded 20"wide BFM t39 bass horns. Which is better?

Scoops, don't waste your wood, time or money on BFM plans.

Neither your choices are subs, not in today's 35hz world. 15 or 18" Reflex if it's for home. 15" scoops will disappoint as much as BFM, and I've used 4520's with Gauss back in the day, categorically not sub.

If it's old Reggae, or the type without lows then carry on.

 IMHO

Build reflex 18 subs.  These are universal boxes that will work with all music types and provide really good extension in a relatively compact enclosure.
