Hello, i would like to now...
what is the best system for a rock band, I'm thinking ...
We want play at the beach in summer....
For low - 1850 Horn ?
For mid-High ?...

Yeah 4x 1850 horns per stack and 4x MT122 or MT102 per stack.

Just watchout for sand, moisture,water, etc.

Use Crown K1 and K2 amps if you can, they are sealed amps. Scotch guard the drivers or use water resistant drivers like PHL, some B&C,some Beyma and some Eighteen sound are water resistant too.

Use the Neutrik speakon STX Touring Line series of speaker connectors, they are weather proof. And water resistant speaker cabling.

Use 18mm marine plywood to build the cabs[ water resistant wood it is].

Make sure the decks/cd players and mixer are covered from the direct sunlight.Do this by setting up a marquee for the rig to go in.  And make sure everything is not on the ground unless the marquee has a water proofed floor.
