Also forgot to say some have 8 handles routed out of each box 2 at the top 2 at the bottom 2 at each sides of box, depending on how heavy the boxs are overbuilt ect and for better handling on/off vans ect

It's also worth bearing in mind the ply bends easier across the grain. Ply usually has an uneven number of laminates so cut with the outside laminates running across the curve.
If it's got wheels or tits it's gonna cost a fortune

Look at creffields (Reading, Berks,  pro timber merchant) use "bendy ply" laminated up with a load of PVA ( I use PU for all build but PVA for curves)  you can make is so solid 18mm birch looks bendy!
Kinda Been there, Kinda done that, YOU COULDN'T handle my bar bill!
