The PD123er is a good driver but not quite in the same league as some of the others mentioned. Then again, it's also a cheaper option than some of them. I've used them in small monitor wedges before which they're good for because you don't have to lift them very far!

Don't bother with the pd121. The B & C is a better contender.

I think i will go for the 18sound 12MB600 then. It looks like a good driver, and is cheap here in Denmark
Does it fit directly in the X12, or should there be made any changes to volume or port size/length? |

As mentioned before. Unless you have the Selenium horn already, you need to design the cab around the one you've chosen. In my opinion, even if it wasn't so hard to obtain, it's too small.
If you're buying from 18Sound, I'd recommend using one of their horn flares, they're very very good. |

I have been messing about, and found out that these might be fine instead of the X12 :)

It's gonna be some heavy cabs. But what the hell.. The subs weigh in at about 100kg each :D |

There's going to be very little difference between them sound-wise, all of them would be able to be loaded with the 12W700, 12MB600, 12MB700 and many others. The decision is which shape fits your system best.
Incidentally the B&C ME90 flare has the same cut-out and bolt pattern as the much nicer 18Sound XR1464 and XR1494. |

If you're going for high efficiency 12" drivers, you need a decent 1.4" or 2" compression driver. A 1" just won't keep up.

I have narrowed it down to the first and third cab.
So now im gonna find out what fits the best. The height of 100cm is very nice. That will bring the overall height of the stack, to 224cm. But the width is better on the first cab. Descision descisions!! :D I will put a 1,4" comp driver in them. Maybe a 2" if the budget allow it :) |

Well I designed my mid-tops and subs to be the same height so they pack nicely in the van.....
There is no benefit in going to a 2" from a 1.4", in most cases they are essentially the same driver just with a different phase plug. |

It could be nice to have some mid-highs that fit the height of the subs :)
I am going for the third cab. The EV RX212-75 clone. The two 12" is going to be the 12MB700 and the horn will be the XT1496. Still need to sort out which comp driver ill use. Thinking of the ND1460 or ND1480. |

Sounds like a good plan.
Comp driver is a tricky one. I've heard some reports that the 18Sound ones aren't the best available in that price range, however I'm sure they're not at all bad and I use the ND1424BT in some smaller cabs and am really happy with them. I guess otherwise your main other choices are something by Beyma or B&C. |
