I believe he was talking about the ''mind the gap'' slot between your 2 HF cabs

I think he might have been wondering where the "visible" HF horn was. I'm very proud of my gap, it was a moment of inspiration ( accident).

Don't fancy stringing this up, or finding a dodgy lead.

With proper arranging, that could be great. All willy nilly like that, there would certainly be some hideous cancellations.

YOUR BENDED THE WRONG WAY LOL!!!!!!111!!!!1
It's a curved tweeter array. Klipsch used to make one with piezos. There's actually nothing wrong with cross-firing tweeters - there'll be some kind of minimum listening distance as they're all focused on a point a couple of feet in front of the box, but beyond that it sums to a nice point-source in the horizontal plane. I would probably cut away the top and bottom front of the box though, to avoid reflections from the central drivers.

@Chemical abuse: What are the middle cabs in the bottom?
They seem to possibly be splitting up the coupling of the hog thus losing losing the full quaterwavehorn & thereby the low cutoff of this.

@Studio45:
That's so strange, I though sound was sound & physics was physics, but apparently not when it comes to tweeters i learn. Normally crossing your highs is an absolutely NOGO!

The cabs are es18's and we didnt seem to have any issues but will have a try with them on the outside next time see if that makes any difference.

It's not really an "issue" it's just losing some lowend & some spl is my gues, I would make a row of all four hogs. Play around with the delay, when it comes to scoops sometimes I prefer to delay the scoop to make the direct radiator phase with the kick, other times I delay the kick to fit the scoophornmouth.

Play around with the delay while playing the crossover freq from a tonegenerator (free app for computers), then you get the best result, you can't always count on horn path length due to phase delay.
