Hi everyone, nothing special here.... but I Forgot I had these pictures in one of mine Facebook albums. Turbosound THL-2 Horizontal, had these about 8 years ago.  I never really got on with them.  Midrange was always honky and quarked.   Only kept them for two months.  Used to run them with a IK bass cab which was loaded with 3x JBL 2206.  Took the pictures in my garden, hanged from truss purely for taking pictures only  (I never hung them a events)

That's some serious rig! You may have already said but what's it loaded with / powered by etc?

Love the SSE / Turbo festival boxes!

How do they sound? Drivers must be getting on now.

Yes they're ~34 years old, but they were sounding lovely. Really clear mids and some nice punch from the bass.
I've had all the drivers out now and apart from 2 of the hh bullets (one missing when I got them and had a rcf mounted that didn't fit the hole) everything is in good condition. Considering previous owner, by the sounds of it, was running the 15's up to 800-1000 pretty lucky only to be missing 2 bullets.
Only issues had Sunday was an access panel managing to vibrate loose on one the x1s and one of driver clamps from a 15 on one of the tb3020 falling out when pack down time came.

that is a classic. if it was sturdy and it held.. .can only say fair play haha. can normally find a few beer crates or something to use as a riser between subs and tops though.

classic.
