Hi kinda nice to have just joined.

I must make one thing absolutely clear so there can be no misunderstanding of what I post.

I post based on my academic knowledge of Spied Acoustics.

Empirical observation I can do by using my ears which although I am an old cantankerous getting closer to death which is a lot closer than birth. I been on this planet for some time now. I should get my OAP bus pass fairly soon.

I got Grandkids & and Great grandkids on the way.

So please do not for one minute I am a "Hater" a "Troll"

Having a different opinion in a situation like this is a bit like being Peer Reviewed

Topology analysis is my field.

In both Acoustics & Linear Electronics.

It took a while but I have studied both academically electronics is not something I do much of nowadays

I can hear fine but I have been wearing glass

Since age 40 so basically I can see it as well as I did.

But I can spot a mishammered Concert grand

Apparently that is quite a feat as my internationally renowned piano tuner friend he is in the top 5 for tuning your priceless 400yr old piano type instrument

I tell you this so you may understand I can hear very well

I have studied the topology of Paraflex I not so au fait which which is which but they function from common principles.

So really no differences in them at all from a principle standpoint.

It behaves just it's Topology dictates it must.

I find most things adhere to that "Form follows Function"

Things or devices in this sound as the form dictates.

If you have any reservations as to the validity of that I can offer further examples or explanation of this.

So Paraflex sound like Paraflex.

I have my doubts on the sonic abilities of Paraflex.

I would quite like to have the opportunity to try one out at my workshops.

I am as I know it would upset people due to their insistent request to base my opinion on actually having heard it.

So I will offer no critique until I have

A good design will stand scrutiny. And opinions positive or negative.

Someone asked a little while back if I’d managed to grab useful data yet. The short answer is yes & no. Not enough that I feel clear conclusions can be drawn, thanks to a less-than-ideal measurement environment.
