It is clear You should not be Reconing...I suggest taking the Speakers to a Local Pro Reconer....Sorry to be Mean but the Truth can Hurt.

The thing is : there is a specific height to glue back the new coil but I didn’t get the instructions with the coil that’s why I’m asking, I do not ask for your opinion about my reckoning skills, everyone start something by trying and learning. Pleas be kind and have a good day

Sure make the recone yourself, worse that can happen is that you lose a recone kit so deffinitly you try to do it yourself
Here is the guide in case that you missed it https://forum.speakerplans.com/a-recone-guide_topic29715.html |

Thanks for your reply,
As I understand for long coil the height I need to get btwin the bottom of the magnet hole and the bottom of the coil is Xmax in mm?

Look you need to put the voice coil that way that the coil never leaves the magnetic gap, yes you can basicaly say that if the xmax is 10mm you need the VC at least 10mm from the magnet, however i would add an extra 2mm on top of it, not sure if that is the standard procedure

Voice Coil Overhang: (Hcoil - Hgap) / 2
Position from Bottom of Gap: Xmax + (Hgap / 2) - (Hcoil / 2) Let's assume: Xmax = 5 mm Height of the magnetic gap (Hgap) = 10 mm Height of the voice coil (Hcoil) = 20 mm The bottom of the coil should be positioned: Overhang = (Hcoil - Hgap) / 2 = (20 mm - 10 mm) / 2 = 5 mm Position from Bottom of Gap = Xmax + (Hgap / 2) - (Hcoil / 2) = 5 mm + (10 mm / 2) - (20 mm / 2) = 5 mm + 5 mm - 10 mm = 0 mm This means the bottom of the coil should be flush with the bottom of the magnetic gap in this specific example, allowing for equal movement up and down corresponding to the Xmax.

So how do you got the Hgap in this exemple ? Because I got Xmax (8mm) coil height (23mm) but no indication of hgap

you can sometimes find it in specification, but it seems to be rare... I found an app online but i actualy never used it so try to double check the results or get the advice from someone with more knowledge
the app -> https://www.kjmagnetics.com/gap.calculator.asp |
