ive maybe a dumb question:

how a speaker can delivery more spl close to his fs than in other point that is not so close on fs?
i misunderstand some basic concepts?

Fs is the speaker free air resonance. A speaker is a mass and spring system with a frequency where it naturally vibrates the most (resonance). When it's at resonance it displaces the most and generates the most SPL.

... Subject to Q-factors. A low-Q driver won't show any more excursion at resonance unless driven by some series resistance.

Lots of reading to be done! I'd suggest learning about Thiele-Small parameters.
