Quite a few versions of "Take 5" done over the years, I don't know of a direct dub of the Val Bennett cut but 2 that stand out to me are Jacob Miller - Standing Firm, which has a pretty nice B-side.

And a much more modern one from 2011 on Solomon Heritage - I Jah Solomon - Horns from the Earth:

Adrians Wall Sound System
Melbournes Rootical Warrior
Roots - Dub - Steppers

Highly possible that the version that Shaka was playing was from this release given he doesnt really play a lot of dubplate stuff anymore:

https://www.discogs.com/release/23004422-Madoo-Lone-Ranger-Hands-In-The-Air-African-Land

Vocal from Madoo with a DJ cut from Lone Ranger & a dub on the flip:

cant find a proper link for the full dub cut but it is available to listen to as samples on all the major record shops.

Was going through some 45's on the weekend and remembered about these on the Teams label with cuts from Sheldon, Mike Brooks, Gappy Ranks, David Jahson, Earl 16 and Anthony Johnson, I think there maybe a couple more versions out there as well.

Aggrovators on the version

Ignore the message I sent, digital English done some pieces in 2007, the only one I can remember though is meditations - cool it...I am sure Berris bassa done it too, though I don't have access to the crates to double check

That repress only came out at the end of May/start of June so still fresh. I believe that those tunes only came on LPs before. The reason I spotted it was because Blakamix has been playing it on his radio show for the last few weeks. Its a nice version
