Using martinssons horn resp parameter's s5 is empty so pretty easy to add the extension there.

When I get time I'll have ago at modelling them, I when I built my 4  I didn't even consider a 20mm extension lip around the front would have any real effect so never bothered!!

I understand you are currently building a Tham 12 and 8" top for a friend of mine called Pete, He heard mine and decided he liked them?.... he mainly plays at old folks homes, I suspect he may end up vibrating their false teeth out.

A quick video showing the mighty Tham 12 and 8" + 1" in action.
STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THE SOUND COMES OUT OF THESE LITTLE THINGS!!!
It put the band's PA to shame - 2x 15" Wharfedale Subs and 2x dB 15" tops on sticks with a backline rig.

Edit: I had to record a reggae song on the video as thats how people measure bass on here LOL

you know the popular Facebook comment "its good, but can he do it on a cold rainy night in stoke?"

speakerplans version

"they look good, but can they play reggae?"

Etrop Grange Hotel in Manchester.

Very awkward room layout forced me to setup like this.
MAN I've never heard my system sound so SWEET ever!

Sounds crystal here too through the same tham 12 & 8" top setup.

Impressive amount of bass in the previous video with that many heads. My setup hasn't been used for anything more than a workshop radio so yet to really see them in action but youre vid says it all. Think the 18mm version definitely the way to go with the tham 12.

Once Ive finished messing around with everything I have on my plate at the minute, replicating that set up is on top of my agenda, as I can then get rid of the double 15s JRXs and potentially my RW3s - as I think they will cover my normal work.
Impressive, I like Smile
