Thickness of Curved Section?

   I`m just about to build some HD215`s and i`m wondering how thick people recommend the curved section to be. I will be pre-laminating  (like Vitor`s), using 4mm ply. Will 3 laminates (12mm) be fine or should i go for 4 (16mm)? 
Done a search of the forum but cant really find a good answer.

	Hi! I think most use 5 pieces like me! 4 could do but not 3! Dom and Vivo use 18 mm ply in 4-5 pieces instead. I think that is better because it is hard to get a full proof laminate. There is always some air between the plys and if its to much it could rattle. If you do like Vitor I dont think it is a problem but you have to put a a lot off effort to it.

	any one got any dimensions and angles for a 5piece curved section????
