happy new year can any one help I have 8 tms2s how many floodlights would I need to replace them .

I would guess about 4 but I could be wrong ,and it would depend on the sort of dispersion your trying to get because the floods are narrower.

totally agree im not saying how bad the tms2s are but how good the floods are im running mine in fairly avarage amps n procesing and it still blows my mind when you upgrade you wont be dissapointed

If you are running your TMS-2s 3 way active then 4 floods will beat 8 TMS, if you have them passive 2 760s will out-run 8 of them....

Flood has a much higher coverage than a TMS but be aware they can only run above 180 Hz so to get any balls you need to run them 5 way, with say 2 x TSW-718 25- 100Hz, then one TSW-718 running 75-180 and then the floods on top, by HPF the "kick" bin @ 75Hz it more than keeps up and a stack of 3 718s on their side is about the right height for the floods to sit on....
