Amp servicing in India

   Quick disclaimer, I'm not a pro, it's a hobby. 
I have not Lab Gruppen China copy which needs looking at and I'm based in South India.
Does anybody know of a service engineer in or around Goa or Delhi, or indeed anywhere who may be able to help? 
The amp switched on ok, went through the start up procedure, ran for a moment with nothing connected then went dead. There is what looks like a burn stain under one of the 3 caps on the circuit board on the right and the inside bottom of the case.
I'm in the process of searching myself but if anybody has any ideas or even a recommend
I would be very grateful.
