Okay thanks, it's about time we got some pics on this thread ! (no offence meant to the F2B drive, the info posted by Robbo was very useful).
Do you want to accept your complementary copy of bassbox pro? ![]() Also, i think a bit of a play in hornresp could get you a cab similar to the F2B. Edited by Deadbeat - 06 August 2008 at 7:03pm |

The Martin letterbox and all of the other throat restrictors look tough but all the decent drivers can do them no sweat.

the depth of the F2b's would be perfect for sitting atop my wsx's and s218's but the 215's are too deep me thinks, I am starting to think that driver choice for the f2b might be pretty specific as the cone will have to be pretty tuff to fire big sound pressure through the letterbox slot,
theres also the excursion matter ![]() |

Nice one John.
I have a concern that the magnet may have shifted a tiny bit.I don't think it is enough to matter but could make reconing harder. When you study the gap it would appear to be the slightest bit off on one side, might have been poorly glued in the first place? I'll try and get a pic up so you can see, thanks for your help. Rupe. |

Yes Rupe---Will try and sort a price out for you in the next couple of days---They are real b-stards to do as the voice coil gap is a lot slimmer than most of the other manufacturers--cheers--John.
