Hi,

I bought an AMP rack with various equipment in, crossover's, DSP's and a Turbo T-25 and T-45.

The T-25 is faulty, some bad output transistors and resistors. The service manual i have seems to be a little short on pages. I'm looking for the value of R45 on the output PCB700 lss3. It's missing on the PCB, probably cut out by previous owner or service man and forgotten to solder new or something like that.

Any one here that knows the value or have the complete service manual?

Thanks

C

A picture of PCB700, as you can see the resistor has been cut out at R45 centre of pic.

Have searched around a bit and have come across some pictures where the R45 is not soldered in, it was lss1 mine is lss3. Any thoughts?

This is mine:

I think its safe to assume it shouldn't be there.
MC2 will tell you in any case, they don't bite!

MC2 replied quickly and confirmed that r45 is not supposed to be there.

They gave some valuable tip about what to look for when OP devices fail.

I was also able to get parts directly from them. Superb support, big thanks to MC2 :)

The amp is now fixed :)
