Hi,
I have the plywood routed out to the correct size so that the 186's foam circle rests in a perfect position around the edge of the hole. Now when rear loading I just need to know which holes to bolt through, there is six holes for bolts and i think another six holes that are covered with foam on the speaker side, if using t nuts and bolts is the six holes enough to support it? any pics would help. cheers |

not quite, the holes are just less than 8mm, i used m8's to mount some of mine and had to drill them out a bit. m6 and a washer will do fine.

m6 has a braking strain of aprox 1/4 ton 4 is enough to buckle any chassis
pd use to put m8 machine bolts like hex heads, in the carton a bit of marketing me thinks + m6 you can be a dork on the drill + you can fit many other spks (but only if you can drill on centre) |
