Is the usb-serial vista compatible? I know a lot of them aren't
Also it'd be useful to know which one you bought so others (inc me!) don't get non-compatible ones Jon |

They probably tried it but got freaked out by a platform that doesn't crash!

I've had my 15" new style macbook pro for a week or so now, the lack of crashing is really wierd!
Running VMWare Fusion though with vista, so have the ability to run windows within osx :) Ditto the annoyance about lack of control software, but oh well, at least it has control software :P Jon |

Once you go Mac, you don't go back. I've got just the basic Macbook and it's great.

Three year old XP instalation on a PC. Never crashes. Mac's so good they had to go Intel and Microsoft?
Each to their own, but XP is perfectly stable.
