I was under the impression that SE1 was on lock down after the shooting last weekend (at my mates event). That whole ting shows how bad security is in SE1. No disrespect to UOA, just saying what I been told.

Very easy to find, its underneath London Bridge rail station. Head towards the hostpital and listen out under the arches. There's usually someone about to help with your request.
I dont understand the hype on security, never been any trouble at Uni Of Dub, no reason to think security are gonna create them. It was Silverspoons where security were creating bad vibes, but that was dealt with by promoters after the first session. All good vibes in the dances!!

No Hype about security was meant, and indeed I would not expect any trouble at a UOD night. Just makes you think what kind of peeps run the door if they let in trouble makers, and this is probably down to venue management rather than promoter at SE1. No dig ever intended to promoters involved.
I am surprised though that the promoter of a roots dance would want to continue an event in a venue known for a shooting/fatality, as that sometimes encourages bad peeps to go to a place they know they can be 'bad' in no matter what type event in on, if that make sense. |

Now thats when security will step in!!! No pics or filming since Brixton days, a whole heap a argument over that one.
There are some pics at the Uni Of Dub website, along with mention that Blackboard Jungle and Lion Roots are passing through next year, both from France. |
