they will be opening when they can....

current rules are for seated only gigs, leading themselves to limited capacity mellow gigs. Don't expect for a DJ/Soundsystem thing to be happening for a long long while yet. And lets be realistic with the current state of the country, that'll be next winter now. May as well write off summer 2021 now.

Heard Michael Eavis on radio Somerset saying he is hopeful that the 2021 Festival will be happening as planned.

Kind of felt sorry for him as I think he genuinely believes he could be right. I can't see the government allowing anything like that for a good few years. If this Vaccine works out like we all hope it does then Maybe just maybe there might be the possibility for some small scale festivals 5-10,000 type things at the end of the summer.

But Glastonbury in June No chance in Piltown. Infrastructure starts end of March most years.

They wont be opening for fun any time soon. The gaslighting is not complete but it soon will be. 2+2=5 guys, come on now....

Why do you need to vaccinate against a disease with 99.8% full recovery rate? You don't. It's pathetic. This has never been about public health and all about selling the next Ordo ab Chao (problem reaction solution).

You don't allow totalitarian control to be assumed by sociopathic liars and just have them 'give it back'. And lets not forget the threat of international terrorism is still waiting in the wings...Stadiums will maybe never host 80,000 music fans again. Clubs with 2000 capacity? no thanks. Why don't you all stay in and watch a livecast eh? Stay in and die alone. Stay in and be easy to control.

They broke the rules when they stated giving out fines for throwing a rave and forcing people to die alone. Right there. social contract stamped on by the ruling class and the pigs for a lie we (most of us) can clearly see.

The death rate for covid 19 is about 0.9%...

however “not dead” doesn’t mean fully “recovered”, about 45% of those who need hospital treatment for covid need ongoing support in excess of 8 weeks…. And any long term effects are completely unknown.

Putting the tin hat to one side, i am hopeful that things will start to improve significantly quite soon.

Looking at the graph of death from Covid versus age, the distribution is significantly associated with advanced age.

Inoculation of these age groups which is already underway will quickly have a significant effect on the overall death rate once initial immunity is established in a significant proportion of the majorly at risk groups.
Whilst no vaccine is perfect, the data shows no severe disease occurring in any immunized persons on the study. Covid won’t be disappearing, but once we can deal with it in the way we deal with flu, then we can live with it.

Once the data fails to support the restrictions then the already fed up population will get on with life and the politicians will have to go with them or be shoved from power.

^This^, No vaccine is ever 100%, nobody has ever claimed they are…  but what they achieve is to break the chain of infection, this then disrupts the virus’s ability to spread to the most at risk.

The only problem being. If after being vaccinated you are still unlucky enough to catch the damn thing, the effects are 10 times worse.

I'm beyond conspiracy theories now. If it is any kind of conspiracy it has to be run by people far more powerful than our government. Given that it is a world problem not just our small island.

Talk of another full lockdown...whoop, if only people could have done what they were asked to do.in the first place.

What does get on my man boobs though are those who constantly keep going on about social distancing not working, the government are shit. Every minute of the day there is plenty of evidence many people are stupid, getting pissed, not bothered with face coverings or belligerent enough to simply refuse and to continue mixing as if there were no virus.
