The Void rig was probably the best at Outlook imo , a bit shy on the tops in the back of the crowd but still great and fully enjoyable. Sinai comes second offcourse, expected the scoops to play a bit lower with greater authority but when it hits you 40hz up i think the disparity and difference in the spl makes the lower <38hz notes seem lackluster. First time i experienced my lips shaking out of control ![]() Moat classic. The garden tops get a honorable mention everything else ![]() That was my outlook review in an unrelated thread heheh

There were quite a few vids posted on YouTube last week from various stages around the site on the Mo Better Events channel.

For sidefills, can we have two enormous things of a type that might be venerated as Gods by the inhabitants of Easter Island, capable of reaching volumes that would make Beelzebub soil his pants.

Old thread resurrection but @toastyghost can we expect a similar set up this weekend for We Out Here? Not had a chance to hear any Danley yet so hoping this will be the chance to do so!

Danley on everything apart from the tiny incidentals. Some Paraflex stuff on Lemon Lounge too.
I’ve gone a bit hog wild on a few sub arrays. Some fine tuning on one left but quite proud of the forest setup. You’ve got a pair of J3-94 with six BC145 on main stage 😅 There’s also a pair of the unreleased Hyperion hifi towers on site. Ruler flat phase and magnitude from 15 Hz to 24 kHz with <20 ms latency… Edited by toastyghost - 19 August 2021 at 2:25am |

Four points of asymmetrical 96HO with some SM80M as rear fill in there. The sub array is a hybrid gradient end-fire arc with a level taper window that also adjusts the limiter curves to prevent pattern collapse. It’s all run from Powersoft X8, one box per channel. Rhythm Corner has a variation of that, ten TH118XL in spaced array with a shift more toward end-fire. That stage has a one button transition that improves rear rejection by 15 dB at the expense of transient impact out front, just in case there are any short term noise issues. J3-94 mains and SH95 on front fill. ![]() Woodland has a prototype BC218RH flanked by a pair of TH118XL for a digital delta array. J7-95 in there. Main stage is J3-94 with 96HO down fill, and Genesis horn delay tower. Six BC415 with SH46 and SH95HO front fill. Lush Life is J7-95 over six DBH218. Love Dancin’ has a Mancuso-inspired five point Hyperion and SM60F / TH118XL system, all the hifi noodles up front you could ever want, and the option of three monitoring systems including the Danley Studio 2. ![]() There’s various other bits on site - SM100, SM100F, SM100B, Sharc Fin, SBH10 over TH412, SM80 in a 360 degree array for a band stand… I’ve lost count ![]() |

Those Hyperions look the biz. Do they really sound as good as they look?
