Could anyone tell me a good web hosting company.

Ive never uploaded a website before so i don't know much about it.

Needs to be cheap and come with a domain and email adresss

Technically I guess you should contact them and get permission, I have never bothered, as long as you are promoting their kit and not slagging it off I can't imagine they'll be too pissed!
 
Worst case scenario you get a doggy pooty letter giving X days to reomve all images, references and trade marks from you site (which I would do, they may have more cash than you if it gets nasty!!!!) and you come on here and describe them to a large cross-section of their potential customer as goat raping cock-suckers which should releive any bad feeling you have!

namesco.com, 1and1.com, fasthosts.co.uk, wesh.co.uk are all quite good.

Really depends on what features you need though.

Really? I phoned them last night and they picked up and 3 rings and helped me get my website up!

1and1 are ok, I have 6 servers with them, 2 are managed. They sort out problems fast but when it comes to problems caused by any software they don't officially support things take longer, but then that's fair really.
