so my Eee pc 1000h battery is dead, full charge gives it about 10minutes useage. Have already modified it slightly, changed to a high efficiency SSD to assist boot speed/power use, uprated the ram, etc etc.

The standard supplied is 7.4V 6600mAh, which didn't quite give me the life i ideally want, which is so i can watch an entire film full screen on battery, say up to 2.5-3hrs. If i remember rightly, the new battery would just about manage this, but would ideally like a bigger capacity one so it is not an issue. Bloody trains up here don't have powersockets Angry Thumbs Down.

so, found these three:

8800mAh

13000mAh

Being non official [presumed] Chinese creations, i don't know how much i can trust them to deliver what they say on the tin, although the bigger size of them would suggest they do have more cells or higher capacity.

Should i trust them? Anyone else dabble with aftermarket batteries?

ordered the 13000mAh through amazon, with 30day guarantee + 1year warranty, so if it does suck i can just return it Thumbs Up.
