hello
we are currently having 4 hogs made loaded with 1851's
we have 8 es18's to go above them loaded with challenger C650
there are for floodlight s which go above them
what are peoples sugested delay settings between the es18's and the hogs?
we are just going to play around with the crossover points but it would also be interesting to hear what other people are using for ther cross over point?

High pass at 32 or 35hz with a 48db butterworth up to about 75hz, to be honest with all those es-18s Id be thinking of crossing even lower than that say 60-65 and just use the hogs to add a bit of sub. How high are you running the es18's webby? 180 to meet the floods or lower than that? I always thought floodlights dont really go below 180

1.75m between es18’s n hogs? Then going to be a couple of meters or more between tops and hogs? Edited by SouthwestCNC - 22 October 2017 at 5:52pm |

In what respect? Time alignement between the two stacked flush should be a constant shouldnt it? |

Would estimate ES18 Horn length is approx .9M, and HOG Scoop is approx 2.2M, meaning delay should be approx 1.3M !?
And somehow, do not think ES18s will both play low and nicely upto 200hz, especially with heavy cone driver. |
