Who knows this small 18" horn?

   Hallo,
i have some questions about very little and small 18" bass horns plans...

1. Who knows this small 18" horn? 
2. Is this plan "OK" = faultless? It does not contain construction errors??
I think, the space between speaker and horn (begin of the throat chamber) is not perfect, or is it ok??
3. i know, this horn will have its limitations, will not play deep bass and globally exist better basshorn plans for maximum spl, but this plan shows a small horn low weight with 18" and this is priority for me
 ... Provided that plan not contain underlying construction errors, my last question is, is possible use the speaker Precision Devices PD1850 for this plan? (for maximum blow), or be better generally a spekaer suitable for horns, for example RCF L18S801...
