Hi

I own the brand NEXTECH

we redesigned the punisher / Xtro combo using P-audio components, and made some adjustmets to the designs.

if you want to learn more about them, search for the "my version of the x-tro / punsher" topic over here

they are professionally built and upgraded regarding components.

Our Xtro now uses
2x15" + 2x8" + 1x2" (Custom versions include 4x1" drivers on adapters feeding a 2" horn)

the Punisher is also modified
the internal path has been smoothed to reduce noise , the backchamber modified and the outer shel is made from 18mm ply.

And the woofer is the P-audio SD12 which has a 4.5" Voice coil.

The Beyma TD 245 has now been discontinued which is a problem. We have had 2 fully working xtros for ages but have just finished building another two which now we can't finish due to not being able to get hold of any TD 245s. Are there any other flares which would be a suitable replacement??? Blue Aran said the TD 164 is the closest match but would this affect the final sound, expecially if two cabs were with the 245 and two were with the 164?
