First time seeing this thread, as old as it is, there's some wicked looking build pics at the start. Where can one get to hear a load/couple stacks of WSX's ? Any club/s around anyone know of which has them installed ?

EC1M opposite Smithfiled Market in Central London.  Has been going for a while, never been but some mates have.  It was never "underground" enough for me!  I remember them telling me there is a vibrating dancefloor.

Here we go

The club founded by Keith Reilly and Cameron Leslie was opened in October 1999 after years of planning.. It has three separate rooms with independent sound systems. A unique feature of the club is its vibrating floor in Room 1.

Known as a "bodysonic" dancefloor, sections of the floors are attached to 400 bass transducers emitting bass frequencies of the music being played, allowing clubbers to feel the music through bass frequencies transmitted into their skeletons via their feet.

As well as the club housing Europe's first bass-loaded ”bodysonic“ dancefloor, it currently has 5 soundsystems and 3 bars over two levels and a total area of 25,000 square feet.

Cheers gents - Both them veues will have to be checked out! An up & coming young DJ where I work who plays dance, house, breakbeats & d'n'b heard me asking about Fabric, & told me it's a must as the system in there is fat. So that once a month massive gig on Fridays will have to be visited one day!

Once upon a time, WSX copies cost £600 each...

Now you can get them for £400 a pair of eBay.
