How will driver: P.audio C18-650EL (Freq 30-800 Hz. Imp 8 Ohm. Qts 0,31. Vas 170 l. Fs 42. perform in the X1 box? Can I use it with a OK result?

Has anyone got a panel cut list for the X1? Feel like make some new cabs for the summer.

Hi,
If I remember correctly, there are 3 recommended drivers for the X1. P Audio SD18 Void 18 - 1000 and P Audio C18-650EL I built my X1's without having the drivers first, and put a Peavey 1801 Black widow in one of them. The bass with even this 300w rms speaker was impressive. I should receive my first C18-650EL next week, and I'm expecting it to be all I need for a while. The C18 runs 600W RMS and while not as great as the SD18 or Void 18 should still perform well for my setup. |
