Hello!!

XTA dp448 gone a bit weird.

Doesn't fully load up when powered 13a.. display lights up green but no other LEDs or text..

When plugged into 16a - 13a distro, works perfect.

Wats going on here?

Thanks

1st thing I'd check is the outlet/cabling used for the 13A test, make sure there's no swapped connections or floating grounds etc.

Tested on multiple outlets and multiple kettle leads..

Only difference made was plugging into our distro (coming from 16a outlet) rather than directly into 13a mains.

it cannot be a problem with the XTA. Measure your "13amps" Voltage with a plug in monitor or multimeter if you can. Are you in a 230v or 110v zone?

weird...

i know there is documented issues with the top board that deals with the screens on these units. but thought they solved that with the Dp4 models...

i would pop it open and check all ribbon connections etc, something could be loose or cold inside...
