Anyone here.. (Contour?) who has a clue if the souind of the xtro 15" section would be ok if they were built seperately in a box with same folding, but flipped onto side so horn mouth would be taller than it is wide.
How would this effect dispersion etc? Been thinking that doing this might allow me to fit xtro style almost straight horns into a double enclosure which I guess would end up looking similar to a letterbox x1 (from the outside, not internals, obviously). Such a cab could be useful in terms of range and dimensions..

Thinking of the acoustical dimensions,It will have no effect at 100hz,with 100hz wave being 3.4metres long and the mouth being small area.
Could be different at 400hz however - the mouth here has some control over dispersion.
Havent seen polars either of the xtro.
