Lab is very diffucult to build and needs 2 speakers per box so also bigger amps..
We need more SPL!

Yes it will perform good.
But why don't you build punishers? The xtro and punisher are meant to be used together.
Have heard several punishers and they kick ass. They move some serious air. Are also a bit smaller than lab horn.
Plus processor settings for pun + xtro are available on the internet.
We need more SPL!

Really good horn, but heard many times that it wasnt the best for tekno(...) musics..

I've heard  4x xtro + 12x punishers system and for me it was the best system i've ever heard, for tekno music at least! Have also heard lab horn with tekno music, was nice and very loud. Each cab has it's advantages and disadvantages.. I would personally choose for punisher because there is only 1driver = smaller,cheaper, designed together with xtro..

in stacks of 6 per side the punishers can go quite low.. 40hz no problem! 40hz is more than enough for tekno I think so..

I checked the eminence lab 12, and it's 6 ohms or 4 only... What amp do you use for 6ohm??

Yeah but the horn will make the resistance 8 ohm so that equals 4 ohm per box with 2 6 ohm drivers.
