hi guys just a quick 1 as any of you ad any experiance with the yam p7000s power amp i av a chance of owning 1 but would like some expertise if any of you guys av any it will be running a pair of tannoy t300 s i am usein a crown xs 700 at the moment just no headroom in larger venues i am a vocalist . on a low buget at the moment any ideas pleaseCry

There  a good amp, got some dsp as well adjustable hi-pass filter and sub lo pass .

yammy p7000 will be good for that!

I use em for highs, monitors, mid tops. just never on bass.

good for the money!

I've got two (& two P3500s) good all round amps, very vesitile and not too heavy for the watts they pack.  Not great on bass though, seem to run out of steam to quickly.

would you advise using the P7000s to run 2bass off 1 side and 2 mid/high off the other using the internal ...hi/lo pass filters ?

Depends on the application, if it is for general use such as disco's / pa duties them should be absolutely fine, we use our 7000's for general bass duties, it's just when you need serious bass they seem to struggle.  Just our experience with them, don't get me wrong, love em!

they dont like 2ohm on subs, they go onto protect as soon as you get any volume happening.

They work a treat from monitors and mid/hi
