Iv heard the 1850 horn with the 1850pd and its all so sounds amazing, and up against the looney with the void driver i found it a warmer sound not as hard as the looney.
super looney bin?? god how many types where there? but allso isnt it up to one of us on here to make an updated vertion of the 1850 horn now, maybe the 1851 horn? and im not just talking about crowbaring a pd1851 driver in the same cab. complete redesign.

We use V18-1000 in our hogs and our 1850s, Love the sound of them. v18 is a smoother sound compared to the "brutal" 1850 sound, depends what you prefer i suppose.
I've heard both designs loaded with both drivers on numerous different occasions, never A-B though.

ive got both, i have a pair of void loonies loaded with void v18 (the 'a' type) and ive got 4 1850s with crossbracing, loaded with void v18 ( 'c' type) you can tell the difference, the loonies do sound nicer, BUT the 1850s still sound wicked i wouldnt fault them
