Well....i own C Audio:
ST400i ST1000i RA3000 RA3001 TA1200 GB602 GB402 Beta 500 Beta 800 Beta 1200
Well made amplifiers and sweet sound overall,but never use a RA or ST series on bass duty,works fine but a lot of heat and power loose,Also the Gb series not good for bass duty,not getting as hot as RA/ST but the bass lack badly,good for bass are Beta Series,better design,better cooling and SR series as well.

the gb series were one of the cheapest amps at the time and widely advertised in the mobile DJ magazines. I think they were aimed at a particular end of the market.

Indeed,the GB series: GB202-402-602 are bipolar amplifiers,the pcb can be found in the newer 2U versions of Crown XLS 202-402-602,the rest of C Audio mentioned by me use early Hitachi lateral mosfet design.
