Thanks for your assistance i have emailed the files as requested. The sub emits a hum possibly the caps are bad , ill  will check power supply for ac ripple, any other advise

Hi, who's successfully repaired Digipro modules ?
I've got a digipro1000 on the bench at the moment, SMPS is GOOD, Output FETs are GOOD.
Won't start with the O/P FETs in, No swithching waveforms on the FET gates on either channel.
I'm about to replace the IRS20957S drivers but seems a bit odd that i'm getting nothing on both channels, so its possible the shutdown is active.
LED 1 and 2 are lit, but their function is not labelled on the board or schematic.

any help apreciated :-)

Hi, what could be wrong with Opera 712DX amplifier module? It is from dBtechnologies active speaker. RED LED blinks 7 times and pause, 7 times and thats all... No sound, nothing.. All Mosfets are good, checked, PSU and NTC protection voltages all are OK.. Could be software problem? 24LC256L memory is OK. How to full reset processor, PIC16F689? Could someone repaired it and could Help to me??

Yes, I can fix your amp, even if pic16f689 is damaged. 7 blinks means that adau not loaded from eeprom or damaged

It should be a Crime to sell Junk that is not Fixable.......CUSTOMER rip-off.....Over and over Customers are having Powered Speakers FAIL......Looking for Someone Who can really repair D-Class Amps in Maine USA......VECTORSONICS

Hi there,

I'm trying to fix a DB Technology subwoofer with the digi pro amp module in it. The power supply has failed (both 12n60 mosfets and the half bridge driver have failed, the 12n60's are shorted and the half bridge driver has a short from vcc to ground and continuity to all pins). I'd like to obtain the schematic if possible however i can't pm anyone yet (i think because i just registered). Could you send me a pm please? And do you have any advice on what else to check with this type of failure.
