HD15 struggles at 150Hz, ES18 are good above 200Hz.

I owned 6x HD15s for approximately 2x weeks.

HD15 is a cut down version of the TSE 115H, cut down in size and performance.

TSE 115 will do 60-200hz, with right driver, at high SPL, fairly easily.

Would be interesting to hear how ES15BPH sounds, but personally prefer "other" BPH cabs.

Not a fan of hd's either. That's why looking for a decent 15" compact kick bin design...one that's been built and tested.

I came up with this:

also using triangular bits in the corners much like this:

Designed for PD156. I'll try to find the dimensions, they're on a bit of paper somewhere. It plays from 75 to 200, sounds nice, models nice in Hornresp. I haven't heard a whole stack of them yet, just loaded one up, made a few for a mate.

Few people have drawn up ES15BPH, and built them.

Don't expect to see the plans on here though.

I love Rog's HD15, but Staiper's design is much better. It plays higher, more accurately because of the rear-loading, less difference in path-length, smaller front-chamber etc. plus I've made a modification which I think makes them play higher still, see advanced discussion, ES18 thread.
