Would be interesting to hear how ES15BPH sounds, but personally prefer "other" BPH cabs.

Did staiper actually do an ES15BPH? Confused

Few people have drawn up ES15BPH, and built them.

Don't expect to see the plans on here though.

Any chance anyone can PM me a link to these plans?Embarrassed

TBH,  I think the TSE 115 plan would sound better.

where it says internal dimension 50cm, is that the width of the internal panels? (so the cab would be 500mm wide plus 32mm for the side panels?)

or the overall width including the side panels?

Hi all been lurking here for a while, I have dry built an ES-15 cab and modded it to sit on a cubo 15, did a sound test with all the sealed chamber joints taped and must say that I was quite satisfied so far with what i was hearing, these def dont go as high as an 18 but I think I had them running up to 160 before they started honking. great punch from them tho.

HD15 is a cut down version of the TSE 115H, cut down in size and performance.

TSE 115 will do 60-200hz, with right driver, at high SPL, fairly easily.

Would be interesting to hear how ES15BPH sounds, but personally prefer "other" BPH cabs.

TSE 115 will do 280hz, it's used up to 250hz in the tms-2, but it does 280hz better than the tse-118 that is crossing at 280hz in the tms-4.

PD.1550 is NOT the right driver in TSE-115, it's more of a subdriver.
I testet this, I measured, (blind) listened & simulated to find proper drivers for my tms-2s
Rcf mb15n401 won, it even sounded better than the original turbodrivers.
The fane studio 15b sound very good in there to, has a bit more punch / peak.

The rcf is a 4" coil driver, but this doesn't seem to be decisive for what driver to use, I'm sure some of the 3" rcf drivers will do very well, mb15n351 & mb15n301.

If you want to why don't you just downscale the es18bph & do a sim? -Should work!
The Turbosound Aspect wide & Funktion one RES-2 are also rearloaded.
