Above graph suggests, flattening eq of approx -3db@150hz, with q of approx 0.5 would be a good start.

If none of the above makes any sense, or you are using horn loaded cabs, without LMS, maybe time to reconsider, if Sound/Mobile PA is for you.

i used hd15 for 10 years loaded with pd154( mad bl for a 15 inch )  and time aligned to my scoops , i cut them 75 to 125 and they were bloody good indeed

The HD15 unprocessed response, wil almost always have huge peak in the response, making it difficult to hear anything, each side of the frequency peak.

A lot of older brand name  PA cabs, had a normally peaky, response, but they shipped with  dedicated "controllers", that smoothed the response.

Looking at older Turbo, FK1 docs, they published recommend smoothing eq settings, for  engineers using their own LMS, with these cabs.

using the elderly turbo  tse218/118  I often have a nibble approx -3db at 80hz & 160hz reduces both whoom and honk..

I have a video somewhere, where I flattened the response of a THL-818, after reading Turbo docs, then  using standard Fane 18B, was running the cab, 80-400hz...
