It will work, but won't last long as Kappa Pro 15 xmax is only 3.2mm, and the xmech only 13.2mm.

Better to choose a different driver.

what about using eminence omega pro 15a. or what would be the best eminence to put in the  15" double scoops tanks

Eminence Kappa Pro 15 LF as it has the biggest xmax and xmech out of all the Eminence drivers.

I didn't know that Toxic, is that only in the 15'' range or also for the Kappas in the 18'' range ?
 
What is the xmax and xmech for the Eminence Kappa Pro 15 LF driver ?

Kappa 18 ain't made anymore[discontinued]. Eminence Magnum series is also not made anymore[ discontinued].

Eminence Kappa Pro 15 LF  xmax is: 6.7mm, xmech is 18.0mm.

Cheers Toxic. I knew about the Eminence Magnum but not about the Kappa 18's.
Hope they've got replacements coming out.

Yeah theres the Eminence Definimax which is out now.

Eminence Definimax 4018LF, Definimax 4015LF,Definimax 4012HO.

i presume you are looking at eminence as you are on a restricted budget? if thats the case have a look at P Audio http://www.proaudioparts.co.uk/paudio.asp i would chose P Audio over eminence for bass drivers.
