Superb job by the way.

cheers,

I really don't want to openly discredit them, but suffice to say i wish i had as much money Cry, and where my knowledge falls down i try not to make up new phrases to compensate... although i do like to think i have designed around solid and modern principles.

Dispersion was designed to be 40deg -6dB at crossover point, each cab has 10deg trap angle either side, so 20deg total, the tops (oblate spheroids) are the only way to currently control dispersion with minimal narrowing of beamwidth so effectivly. So there is a slight overlap as ALL speakers have when arrayed whatever their initial dispersion, and made more prominent the farther away you are. Having said that, due to their very controlled dispersion characteristics, when walking around them at Shambala many people commented on how even and clear they sounded, there were no perceptable nulls, and they seemed to work perfectly.. although i still need to run the sweeps on them to clarify.

Thanks scratchy, i can't see any sensible way to make plans for others to build them, it's my passion to make things with my own take on it, and if i sell some, then even better Smile.

So how much would 4 terra horns set me back?
