What does "not trip the breaker on turn on" mean?

The mains, "Trip" or similar. Modern version of fuse (sort of).  Current rush is such that it trips the breaker (same as blow the fuse in the old days, sort of)

Yes a LA48 is a Lab 64 no difference :)

Lab are very good but your going to perfer the sound of the VZ5000 mainly due to its poor damping and there subby sound ( these things can help)

You mean an MA5000VZ?

These have very good damping, over 1000??

Thanks Builder for your explanations, its the first time I hear about this 9001 problem...

SO if it was a fuse i guess you'd just have to change it and turn the amp on again... But what is the solution with the breaker? Is it hard to fix when it trips?
