Thanks for the info

The Original TMAX 1500 had green surround, and worked well in "very" few cabs.

My mate designed the "first", really good Redeye Full Scoop, as he discussed the parameters. with the driver designer.

Then people started copying his cab.

Since then, 18sound/B&C 18s/21s have come out, which are less fussy than Turbomax drivers, and have taken over the market. Hence the top Dub sounds in UK, moved to 18sound/B&C.

Which drivers would be best suited to Shortman full size scoops? Around the 1500w mark. Got the scoops but yet to sort the drivers so open to suggestions.

There are Scoops around, of more modern design, that work extremely well, with PD1851/PD1852/18 sound.

Maybe easier/cheaper, to sell your shortman full Scoops, and get different Scoops, and forget about Tmax 1500s.

Then 1x single Void Inf8Mk2 amplifier, can drive 4x cabs.

I'm sure there are, but for the time being I just want to get the sound up and running as soon as I can and sounding decent. Don't really have the time or money to be buying different scoops now, so just going to load the shortmans with the best possible option for now.
