Even if you can't get two cabs out of one sheet I think you should be aiming for the biggest single piece of scrap left over after your build to use with your new projects.

Can you please also list your driver choices and your xover settings as looks like you're running active and not using the recommended drivers?

Nice build and liking the (newer) ridged grills from markie :)

Subs = PD 18BR40 (700w) driver, But48/40Hz - But24/119Hz
Mids = P.Audio SN12MB (300w) driver, But24/119Hz - But24.1.38KHz
Tops = BMS 4544 (80w) driver on 18 Sound XT1086 horn, But24.1.38KHz - But40/20KHz
