That is not a very precise request..

This has some degree of folding on the lower mid, and the rest is straight:


Is it something like this you mean?
A proper build subwoofer will be the only thing in a room that is not shaking.

cabinet size is smaller for the length of the horn / lower cutoff frequency

The true mid range horn is actually a straight one with a phase plug. 
And yes the intention of the design were to make a very compact and transport friendly 3-way horn top with a wide response (both with regard to dispersion and bandwidth).
A proper build subwoofer will be the only thing in a room that is not shaking.
