i've seen rack mount feed back destroyer, maybe they use this? but dont quote me on this tho

yup, BMX inner tubes inflated with a very small amount of air works a treat

They don't put the tubes under the decks! There's a very dubious looking contraption on wheels that the decks get put upon. It doesn't look like it should work but it bloody well does
