Is he onboard ? I mean, is he a member of SpeakerPlans ? Smile

No. Not around anymore. Unfortunately died in an accident years ago.

There are lies, damned lies and amp/speaker specs!!   LOL LOL LOL

I would have invested in those powerful Harrisons had I known of their existence. I loved my HH amps and the Harrison Xi2000. I still have a  HH V500, a V800 and a VX1200 all working and still sounding sweet. Unfortunately couldn't find anyone to repair the Xi2000. It was my frustration with HH not making anything more powerful than the VX1200 and Harrison (I thought) not making anything more powerful than the Xi2000 that drove me to Crown Macrotechs.

I would love to get some more information about them. I know there was a Harrison K3000 later but that was not really a 3000 watt amp only being 2 x 650W at 4 ohms. Think there was a K4000 and a K5000 as well that I don't know the wattage of. Perhaps these are what are being remembered?

@ Earplug, I just remembered we had a very similar conversation about 2 years ago.

Did the 5000 and 10000 come with wheels? Approve Hate to think how heavy they are, 2-man lift at least?
Be seeing you.

Ok, forgotten about that.   Smile

Interesting that the info there is in Spanish. There was a lot of ASS here - sold by a guy near Bilbao. He had the Harrison amps as well. Obviously those weren't much of a hit in the UK!   LOL LOL LOL

Thanks. Shame it's not in English. EmPro has a point, they are extremely reminiscent of the Crown Macrotech/Microtech range. Weird there's so little information on the web about them. Seems Mike took our conversation to heart but obviously too late as I had already moved on.

This:-

I'll leave it to you to do the translate thing, but it says it all there...    Smile
