Wondering, what is the point of this list?

This is 2026.

Any driver that does not compare well with, or exceed 18sound 18NLW9601 or B&C 18DS100, would be considered by many, to be mediocre, in Scoops/FLH, these days.

There are more things than scoops and flh's though...

Still, just those ts parameters don't tell the story, have seen the BL number be interpreted quite wrong a number of times..

Apparently, the 18NLW9601, is a favourite in suitable reflex cabs, for PA crews, for a long while now.

A lotta ppl are using sub par drivers here in Ja. 
w the influx of Chinese clone drivers at a cheaper p point.
Since late 2024, there is a renaissance of interest in full scoops esp at the 21" level.
The Blast King & P 500's being most popular due to price.
Never seen or heard of a 9601 here....
